It is reported that eggs were initially brought from a distant locality.
Minute populations have since occurred in orchards about Ereba.

A nocturnal species, although activity can vary individually.
Individuals taxonomically have thus far exhibited considerable intelligence.
Other than natural factors, artificial constructions are evidently understood by individuals.
Doors and alike barriers may be manipulated for individual gain.
A highly acute sense of smell appears relevant to individuals.
Fruit, other vegetation, and prey may be sought out by that means.
The young form is quadrupedal and entirely covered in scales.
Many appear as of a halved pitahaya and may be mistaken for one.
The claws, while morphologically appearing similar to pitahaya fruit, are genuinely sharp.
