Trivia

Appears to prefer concealment as opposed to being out in the open.

Individuals squeak occasionally for communication purposes.

Rather quick in motion, running at a rapid pace.

The odontal areas appear to be precision oriented. The teeth are long and thin typically, unless worn down.

The teeth regrow at a moderate rate, causing need for continuous mastication on the part of an individual.

Individuals may bite each other if in close vicinity, resulting in conflict or departure.

It is assumed that this is due to instinctual defense of the self or resources, if not unfamiliarity or other inherent reasonings.

The species is relatively intelligent and can discern familiar individuals through sight and potentially through scent.

Climbing appears to be a common behaviour. Many individuals have adapted to artificial structures in scaling behaviour.

The fur on individuals is short and sharp, almost indiscernibly. These hairs can be likened to minute cactus spines.

The coarse fur appears an indirect means of noting the surroundings in dim environs. The distance between an individual and a nearby surface is often recognised.

Hairs may break off and imbed in surfaces made contact with, leaving behind irritation within skin. Other factors may be attributed to this factor, including scent marking due to oil present in the hairs.

Locations frequented by individuals appear to be recognised, and caution is less displayed in many cases, a specific location potentially recognised as 'safer' than others.

The greenish fur is potentially meant to cause blending with typical habitats, which include grasslands and other locations heavily featuring plants.

The species can be considered nocturnal. Individuals are occasionally noted to run through fields and other places that are without luminance.

Dimmer environments are further preferred evidently. Individuals may hide in spaces that are not visually affected by the sun.
