History

A glass spider.

A prevalent species that can be found at many locations.

Noting one is unlikely despite this due to withdrawn behaviour.

In historical records, families were occasionally known to domiciliate individuals as a means to discourage larceny.

Trivia

Appellated 'Vitreous'.

Ground level structures appear to be preferred locations, although higher latitudes are not uncommon.

Capable of spinning glass-like webs.

These often refract scenes that do not correspond to the surroundings.

Features compound eyes and can see a wide spectrum of colour.

Displays problem solving intelligence and a relatively social disposition further.

Has a comprehensive memory evidently. Many images may comprise recollection.

The scenes which are depicted in the webbing may correspond to recalled scenery.

This can be an accurate gauge of where an individual has travelled.

Hunts smaller invertebrates but can be supplied a related source.

Considerably swift.

Hides away when retiring. May spin a nest or 'tent' for this purpose in compact spaces.
