Trivia
An often isolatory species. Small groups of three to four antelope may be occasional.
A crepuscular and diurnal species.
Specific territorial landscapes are defined by various indicators, including ordure and scent markings. Correspondence with other individuals occurs through the latter means.
Indiviudals are easily frightened and may bark in alarm or fear, as a defensive measure.
Grass and other vegetation appear a typical dietary source, albeit that the sun is otherwise relevant.
Individuals are capable of existence without consuming plant matter, albeit it is uncommon that this is a singular behaviour.
The wilderness appears to be a typical habitat, although croplands have occasionally been strayed into.
Movement is often slow and cautious, the air checked for scents of predators.
Individuals blend into surrounding foliage due to the vegetation present around the individual structure.
This allows for individuals to readily flee. Defensive behaviour however is occasionally evident in that individuals strike at threats with the horns and hooves.
An inherently poisonous compound exists within the structure of individual antelope, which is understood by local fauna, meaning that most predators avoid this species.
